Refund Policy
1. Overview
This policy explains how refunds work for CV Booster (operated by Sixpack design studio), covering single-analysis credit purchases and the Pro monthly subscription.
2. Single Analysis Credits ($3)
A single-analysis credit is consumed the moment it is used to generate a Full Dossier report. Because the underlying AI processing cost is incurred immediately and the report is delivered instantly, purchased credits that have already been used to generate a report are non-refundable.
If a credit was purchased but never used, or if a technical failure on our side prevented the analysis from completing and no report was generated, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of that credit.
3. Pro Subscription ($12/month)
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
If you are charged in error, charged after a cancellation that did not process correctly, or experience a verified technical failure that prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of your billing period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request.
4. Free Quick Scan
The free Quick Scan carries no charge and is therefore not eligible for any refund consideration.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@cvboostr.com with the email address used on your account and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved faster and more simply by reaching out directly.
